Piazzale Michelangelo

Went for a pretty strenuous walk up to Piazzale Michelangelo today.  There is a copy of the David here and it is the most scenic view I have seen yet in Florence.  You can literally see the entire city surrounded by the countryside hills.  We sat up there and watched the sunset, but prior to getting there had to climb up about 200 stairs! This is definitely one of my favorite spots in the city so far. For dinner we made eggplant rolintini, asparagus, and roasted veggies which came out greattttt! Cinque Terre tomorrow for a day trip!
